International Transactions Clinic

About

The International Transactions Clinic provides students with an opportunity to explore various actual cross-border transactions (including M&A and capital markets matters) and related contracts and legal issues from a practitioner’s perspective, including through planning, due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation exercises as well as external advisory work if available. The objective of the clinic is to allow students to experience practical aspects of cross-border deals and to equip them with the ability to spot and address issues, thereby helping to prepare them for future careers involving international legal practice.
